1. INSTALL INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

  1. Install a new gasket to the intake air temperature sensor.

  1. Using a 22 mm deep socket wrench, install the intake air temperature sensor.

    		22 mm deep socket wrench

    Torque:
    29 N*m{ 300 kgf*cm , 22 ft.*lbf }



2. INSTALL INTERCOOLER

  1. Install the intercooler plate with the bolt.

    Torque:
    4.9 N*m{ 50 kgf*cm , 43 in.*lbf }

  1. Engage the 3 pipe clamps and install the vacuum transmitting pipe.

  1. Connect the vacuum transmitting hose with the clip.

    HINT:
    Install the clip as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the intercooler cooling air duct sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    4.9 N*m{ 50 kgf*cm , 43 in.*lbf }

  1. Install the 2 grommets.

  1. Install the radiator support cushions.

  1. Install intercooler with intercooler cooling air duct sub-assembly.

  1. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.

  1. Connect the intake air temperature sensor connector.

  1. Connect the vacuum transmitting hose.

    HINT:
    Install the clip as shown in the illustration.

  1. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps and install the wire harness to the intercooler cooling air duct sub-assembly.



3. CONNECT NO. 3 AIR HOSE

  1. Connect the No. 3 air hose and tighten the hose clamp.

    HINT:
    Install the clip as shown in the illustration.



4. CONNECT NO. 2 AIR HOSE

  1. Connect the No. 2 air hose and tighten the hose clamp.

    HINT:
    Install the clip as shown in the illustration.



5. INSTALL RESERVE TANK

  1. Install the radiator hose to the hose clamp.

  1. Install the reserve tank with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    7.5 N*m{ 76 kgf*cm , 66 in.*lbf }



6. INSTALL RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT

  1. Install the radiator upper support with the 5 bolts.

    Torque:
    13 N*m{ 127 kgf*cm , 9 ft.*lbf }

  1. Connect the horn connector.



7. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT ABSPRBER

  1. Engage the 7 claws and install the radiator support upper absorber.



8. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 2 clamps and install the hood lock control cable.



9. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the air cleaner case with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    7.5 N*m{ 76 kgf*cm , 66 in.*lbf }



10. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the air cleaner filter element.

    NOTICE:
    Engage the air cleaner filter element protrusion with the air cleaner case groove.



11. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clamps and install the air cleaner cap.

  1. Connect the connector and 2 wire harness clamps.

  1. Connect the air cleaner hose to the air cleaner cap.

    HINT:
    1. The clamp should contact the air cleaner hose stopper.
    2. Make sure that the air cleaner hose recession is securely engaged with the air cleaner cap protrusion.



12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  1. Install the front bumper cover (Click here).
